The Association invites you to join the CSMOA.

If you are interested in joining the Association please complete the Membership Application Form (PDF format - Download Adobe Reader).

Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in issues related to maintaining healthy and safe construction workplaces.

Please note: Membership is based on the financial year.

Existing members can renew their membership by completing the Standard Membership Renewal Form (PDF format - Download Adobe Reader).
